Retro Fitness SE Florida is seeking a General Manager to run a high-volume gym, not just manage. You will own results, lead a full team across sales, fitness, and operations, and set the tone members feel as they walk through the doors. This floor leadership role rewards urgency and daily execution.

Competenze

• 2 to 3 years leading teams of 5 to 15 people.
• 3 to 5 years in fitness, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven experience driving sales and retention.
• Comfortable owning performance metrics and budgets.
• Strong communicator who can coach and correct in the moment.
• High accountability and hands on leadership style.
• CPR certified or willingness to obtain within 30 days.

What You Will Do

Compensation

Competitive base salary based on experience, plus monthly and quarterly bonuses tied directly to club performance. Personal training commissions provide additional earning potential.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
