HAZA BELL, a Taco Bell franchisee in West Haverstraw, NY, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy location. You will hire and develop Team Members and Shift Leads, schedule staff, manage budgeting and financial plans, and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction through fast, friendly service and quality product execution.

Location: 131 Route 9 West, West Haverstraw, NY 10993.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team and guiding day-to-day operations.
• Ability to hire, develop and mentor Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Capacity to manage scheduling and staff deployment.

You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience. You-re also responsible for scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues, and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.
