Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a General Manager for a franchised restaurant in New York. You’ll oversee all restaurant operations, including food production, guest service, and team leadership, while driving performance and adherence to standards.

You’ll lead people processes such as recruiting, onboarding, staffing, coaching, and budget-aware decision making, ensuring safety and excellent guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
