Job summary

McDonald’s Wisconsin is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, including food production, guest experience and crew management. You will drive staffing, onboarding, training, and performance management to maintain excellence and safety.

The role emphasizes proactive People processes, inventory control, budgeting, and decisive actions in a fast-paced environment. Franchised restaurant operations require strong leadership and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work.
• Plan for success: Proactively lead and manage all People processes including but not limited to Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding; Staffing; Performance Management; Train, coach and motivate.
• Make inventory and budget decisions: Plan for and control inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs.
• Ensure food safety: Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence.
• Maintain safety standards: Inspire and empower by upholding guest and employee safety standards.
• Oversee operations: Manage all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance to meet high standards.
