Our client, a respected 75-year-old company in Toledo, is seeking an experienced leader to oversee sales, service, and facility operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage a team of approximately 15 people, ensuring seamless collaboration and operational excellence.

• Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Guide and support staff, including service technicians, sales personnel, and support roles.
  • Encourage effective communication across sales, service, and operations.
  • Conduct team meetings and performance evaluations regularly.
• Sales Strategy & Oversight
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set targets and refine strategies.
  • Ensure sales personnel have the necessary tools and training.
  • Align sales initiatives with service capacity and inventory.
• Operational Management
  • Oversee daily operations, including dispatching and customer service.
  • Work with dispatchers to optimize technician scheduling.
  • Maintain a customer-ready sales counter and showroom.
• Customer Experience & Escalation
  • Serve as the key contact for escalated customer issues.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through feedback-driven improvements.
• Financial & Administrative Oversight
  • Collaborate with the bookkeeper on budgets and financial reports.
  • Approve purchases and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure cost-effective inventory practices.
• Strategic Planning & Reporting
  • Report on KPIs, sales, and operational efficiency to the owners.
