We are now hiring general managers to work in our new and existing clubs in one of the fastest-growing fitness franchises, Workout Anytime! Exciting news! Workout Anytime 24/7 has earned a well-deserved spot on Entrepreneur's prestigious list of top 500 Franchises for 2024!

We are searching for General Manager candidates who understand and are passionate about helping members and potential members explore and find the best wellness features to benefit them in their health and wellness journey.

Responsibilities
  • Generate at least 50% of club tours through member referrals, marketing, and community outreach to meet new member enrollment goals.
  • Convert at least 70% of incoming telephone inquiries into appointments for club tours.
  • Enroll at least 80% of all touring prospects.
  • Schedule at least 60% of all new members for a Complimentary Success Session with appropriate Fitness Department staff.
  • Ensure all prospect/guest information is entered into the club management software system and complete all required tracking forms and processes.
  • Maintain the club's cleanliness and appearance.
  • Oversee the retention strategy and systems.
Qualifications
  • Ability to generate new club memberships through lead contact, referrals, and walk-in engagement.
  • Skill in identifying member needs and using solution-selling techniques to highlight amenities and close sales.
  • Ability to perform in a competitive sales environment while fostering team cohesion.
  • Meet challenging monthly quotas and demonstrate production within 30 days of start.
  • Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including maintaining club cleanliness.
  • Train others to excel in membership sales and referrals.
