Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a dedicated restaurant leader to drive daily brand execution, oversee both front and back of house operations, and ensure restaurant cleanliness. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, managing up to 40 team members, and delivering strong store performance through workforce coaching and precise scheduling.

Candidates should have 2+ years of leadership in food service, excellent communication, and a commitment to Mo’ Bettahs culture and values.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management.
• Proven track record of promoting team members.
• Experience identifying and developing talent within a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily brand execution across FOH & BOH.
• Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant for both FOH & BOH.
• Drive Same Store Sales growth and monitor line speed via transaction times.
• Serve as primary contact for customer service and manage reviews.
• Coordinate weekly meetings and review staff schedules.
• Prepare weekly reports and complete inventory tasks.
