Job description

General Managers typically earn $60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on store performance and achievement of key business goals.

• Compensation includes a base salary of $42,000 annually PLUS:
• 1% commission on total franchise sales
• Monthly performance bonuses (up to $300)
• Annual AIE bonus of $4,000 (awarded for top 16 performance nationally)
• Profit sharing of up to $10,000 annually based on revenue and profitability
  

This is a highly performance-driven role - top performers may exceed $70,000 in total compensation annually.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is seeking a hands-on, goal-oriented leader to serve as General Manager of our Stoughton location. You'll work closely with frontline staff and the management team to drive results, improve operations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
