Job summary

South Block is seeking a Head Coach to lead store operations, build a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences across new locations in the DMV and beyond.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, create schedules, and ensure smooth operations while nurturing a people-first culture and growing your own leadership career. The role offers a clear growth path and competitive incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management in the food & beverage industry.
• Hospitality mindset with passion for people, culture and guest experience.
• Hands‑on leadership style, calm and solution oriented.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to stand long periods, lift up to 25 lbs.
