Role Description

The General Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in St. Louis, MO, responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing staff scheduling, leading and coaching team members, and maintaining high standards of hospitality, food quality, and cleanliness. The General Manager monitors financial performance, including sales, labor, and food costs, and implements strategies to achieve operational and profitability goals. This role also handles inventory control, ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, and supports recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management. The General Manager collaborates with leadership to drive local store marketing initiatives and uphold Qdoba’s brand standards and cultural pillars.
