Qdoba Restaurants is seeking a proactive General Manager to lead the restaurant's day-to-day operations in Conshohocken, PA. You will oversee shift operations, manage staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while enforcing company policies.

• Minimum of three years working in a restaurant environment.
• Minimum of one year as general manager preferred.
• Ability to be a self-starter.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Spend 100% of shift standing or walking.
• Ability to lift 35-70 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Strictly follow company cash handling procedures.
• Manager restaurant marketing and promotions.
• Manage overall restaurant budget.
• Understand and manage all COGS.
• Process payroll bi-weekly.
• Promptly and professionally handle all guest comments.
• Communicate all team member issues and complaints to management team through daily communication.
• Coach and develop managers.
• Coach new team members.
• Assign all training materials and trainer to new team member.
• Oversee departmental responsibilities.
• Interview and hire new team members.
• Conduct new team member orientations.
• Adhere to and understand all safety and sanitation procedures set forth by Qdoba Restaurants.
• Required to make appropriate decisions in fast paced environment
• Completion of Manager in Training program
