Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a restaurant manager to oversee operations and staff at a Wendy's location in Spring Meadows, AR. You will ensure policy compliance, train and develop subordinate managers and crew, and create a People Excellence environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and at least 3 months in the restaurant industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You must be 21+ and ready to work around 45 hours weekly. Franchise compensation varies.

What you'll do

Ensures achievement of restaurant objectives are reached in all areas while following all Company guidelines. Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices. Provides leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew. Creates and maintains a "People Excellence" environment.
