Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a restaurant leader in Magnolia, AR to oversee operations and staff at a Wendy's location.

You will implement company policies, mentor managers and crew, and strive to create a high-performance “People Excellence” environment while ensuring compliance with laws and ethical practices.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate and 3 Months experience in the restaurant industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Must be at least 21 year of age or older.
• Maintains an average of 45 hours or more per week over a calendar year.
