Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and build a high-performing team. You will drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction while upholding Wingstop brand standards.

You will recruit, train, and develop leaders, foster accountability, and ensure food safety and financial controls across the operation.

GENERAL MANAGER

Position Summary

As a General Manager at Thacher Restaurant Group, you'll lead all aspects of restaurant operations while building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experience. You'll be responsible for creating a culture of accountability, developing future leaders, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring every guest receives the Wingstop experience they expect. This role is a key leadership position that helps shape the future of our restaurants and our company.

• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
