Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, building a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will drive sales, profitability, and a culture of accountability, shaping the future of our Wingstop franchise.

You’ll recruit, coach, and develop leaders, ensure food safety and standards, and work with the District Manager to meet restaurant and company goals. Prior leadership and strong decision-making are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.

Physical Requirements
