Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations and build a high-performing team, delivering an exceptional guest experience with the Wingstop standard. You will foster accountability, develop future leaders, drive sales and profitability, and shape the direction of our restaurants and company.

You’ll guide daily operations, recruit and train staff, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and brand compliance while partnering with the District Manager to hit goals

Position Summary

• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.
