Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in a multi-client, omnichannel 3PL environment; apparel experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, retail order fulfillment, transportation, and supply chain.
• Proven track record in managing financial and operational performance.
• Ability to build client relationships and coach high-performing teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using large language models to support operational improvement.
• Project management experience; familiarity with Asana; PMP certification preferred.

Komar Distribution Services (KDS) is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead warehouse and distribution operations in a fast-paced, multi-client, omnichannel third-party logistics (3PL) environment.

This role owns operational performance, profitability, and the client experience across assigned facilities. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations & Client Services, the General Manager will lead operations teams, strengthen client partnerships, and drive improvements in productivity, service, and cost management.
