Job summary

The Steward, Santa Barbara, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, sought by First Hospitality, seeks a dynamic General Manager to lead daily operations with guest experience, team culture, and financial performance.

You will be on the floor, setting the tone for service that feels personal, polished, and never transactional, while elevating F&B through thoughtful execution, partnerships, and programming. This role offers growth within First Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Progressive hotel operations leadership experience with strong F&B background.
• Ability to lead teams, manage financial performance, and create exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication, business acumen and a hands-on leadership style.
• Valid driver’s license.
