• Managing budgets and financial plans and controlling expenditure.
• Maintaining statistical and financial records.
• Setting and achieving sales and profit targets.
• Recruiting, training, and monitoring staff.
• Planning work schedules for individuals and teams.
• Appropriately responding to and resolving guest concerns.
• Addressing problems and troubleshooting.
• Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly.
• Hotel Asset preservation: supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings.
• Maintaining relationships with contractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all guests and associates.
• Maintaining property inspections to meet brand standards and compliance.
• Ensure the property meets brand guidelines and expectations for service and all standards.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations.
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
