We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations and drive revenue growth across our Sacramento (4-court outdoor facility) and South San Francisco (6-court indoor facility) locations. This role demands a strong entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for racket sports. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, from vendor relationships to marketing and event planning. This position will require regular travel between the Sacramento and South San Francisco locations (approximately twice per week to each).

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue across both the Sacramento and South San Francisco locations.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue streams, including but not limited to memberships, court rentals, events, and pro shop sales.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets for each location.
  • Analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Have oversight and manage programming at each location (clinics, events, socials) and make sure our public schedule always reflects the needs of the customer and our business.

Financial Analysis and Improvement

  • Analyze financial data in detail to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular financial reports to the Park Padel leadership team.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Implement strategies to improve financial performance and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.

Marketing & Events:

  • Collaborate on the development and execution of marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Plan and execute events that generate revenue and enhance the club's reputation.
  • Actively promote the club within the local community.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of both facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Manage and support Club Operations Leads.
  • Work closely with the Head Coach at each location to ensure a cohesive and successful operation.
  • Work closely with the Park Padel leadership team on revenue-generating strategies.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Compensation range: $65k-$150k annually
