Job summary

Fresh Dining Concepts (FDC) seeks a Jamba General Manager to lead store performance, guest experience, and financial results. You will develop a team of Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs while upholding brand standards and delivering peak operations.

You will drive sales, manage inventory and costs, recruit and coach staff, and collaborate with regional leaders to ensure brand execution. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years and GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of successful management experience.
• Direct P&L responsibility.
• Current ServSafe certification required, or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
• Experience coaching and developing teams in retail or restaurant.
• Experience supervising hourly and management staff.
• Hospitality, retail, or restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and basic computer applications.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Position Summary

This role leads, develops, and motivates a team of Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers while ensuring brand excellence and operational efficiency.

• Manage inventory, ordering, and food/labor cost controls
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Execute strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty

Job Requirements & Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, squat, and perform repetitive hand/arm movements
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours within applicable laws
• Ability to communicate effectively in English for safety and operational purposes

Minimum Qualifications
