Layne’s Chicken Fingers, a Texas favorite since 1994, is expanding quickly and seeks an experienced General Manager to lead one of our locations. You will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, build and develop a high-performing team, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience in a fast-paced, fun environment.

As GM, you will lead with heart, hustle, and humor, keeping Layne’s standards high and culture positive while driving sales and guest satisfaction across daily

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (fast casual, fast food, or drive‑thru preferred).
• Proven leadership and team‑building skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and excellent guest service.
