Titan Machinery is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of our assigned store(s), build and lead high-performing teams, and exceed operational and business goals.

You will drive financial performance, lead customer-facing initiatives, and cultivate a positive, productive work environment while delivering outstanding service in our community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate high performing teams of employees to achieve successful financial and operational results
• Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
