We are looking for a General Manager to join our team!

Our General Managers oversee all aspects of the store with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Starting early to prepare the store for opening, including baking and opening procedures.
• Ensuring the store is audit ready and managing catering, mobile, and in-store orders.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience and motivating the team.
• Managing store closing procedures and preparing for the next day.
• Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, ordering, inventory, and deposits.

Successful candidates have 1-3 years of prior experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant setting. They are hands-on operators who motivate and inspire their team, with knowledge of P&L analysis, food cost management, and labor targets. Recruiting and developing internal talent are key functions. Must be at least 18 years old.
