Our General Managers oversee all aspects of the store with a "treat it like you own it" philosophy.
Key responsibilities include:
Successful candidates have 1-3 years of prior experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a restaurant setting. They are hands-on operators who motivate and inspire their team, with knowledge of P&L analysis, food cost management, and labor targets. Recruiting and developing internal talent are key functions. Must be at least 18 years old.
