Job summary

TriVista Recruitment seeks an experienced leader to drive a growing industrial/technical business in California. You will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, partnering with founders and senior engineers to build structure while preserving what works.

You will lead daily performance, shape revenue growth, expand channels, and own the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and margins. You will guide engineering, operations, applications, and design teams toward scalable growth and future

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, civil, chemical, environmental engineering, or a related field.
• Leadership experience within industrial controls, control-panel integration, engineered products, technical services, municipal utilities, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success leading engineering, project management, operations, or business teams.
• Strong P&L management, business-development, and operational leadership experience.
• Experience scaling revenue, professionalizing an organization, and building high-performing teams.
• The ability to establish KPIs, improve processes, manage risk, and drive accountability.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working effectively with founders, technical experts, and established teams.
