What You’ll Do

• Lead your restaurant team to achieve high standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Set performance goals and execute strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure long-term leadership stability
• Partner with your Area Supervisor to align on goals, staffing, and execution
• Create a workplace culture of accountability, recognition, and personal growth

Growth Through Hamburger University

If not yet certified, you’ll be eligible to attend Hamburger University (HU) in Chicago—McDonald’s world-class leadership training program. Travel and tuition are fully paid by the organization. HU graduates move into the next salary band ($53K–$70K) and become eligible for expanded career opportunities within the company.
