Job summary

Teledyne MEC in Rancho Cordova is seeking a General Manager to lead the overall business strategy, execution, and performance. You will own full P&L, drive revenue growth, and manage cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, quality, and more.

The role requires 5+ years of GM experience in manufacturing with $50M+ revenue, a strong background in aerospace/defense or electronics manufacturing, and a Bachelor's in Engineering or Operations Management. MBA preferred.

Salary Range

$218,100.00-$290,800.000
