Standard Alloys Incorporated is seeking a General Manager in Port Arthur, Texas. This role is responsible for the overall management and development of a manufacturing and service business, overseeing a team of approximately 100 employees and an annual sales volume of $25M. The General Manager will lead strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and enhance customer satisfaction.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, along with a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong strategic thinking and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
