SwimKids Utah – Pleasant Grove, UT is seeking a General Manager to lead instructors and front desk staff, oversee daily operations, and cultivate a positive, high-energy culture focused on family-friendly swim education.

This full-time role offers a salary of $45,000–$50,000 with performance bonuses, medical benefits, PTO, 401(k), free swim lessons for family, parental leave, phone stipend, and long-term growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.

What You'll Do

As General Manager, you will:

Schedule

• Average of 45 hours per week
• Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM (shift-based coverage)
• Occasional Saturdays requiredMust be available for afternoon and evening shifts
