Job summary

TRYP by Wyndham Pittsburgh/Lawrenceville Boutique Hotel in Pittsburgh seeks a General Manager to lead our staff and deliver the finest service to guests. You will drive revenue through creative ideas and build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat business.

You will oversee human resources functions such as interviewing, hiring, training, task assignment, coaching/counseling, and performance management, ensuring a high-performance team and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel management role.
