Fairfield Inn Palmdale is seeking a hands-on hotel leader to oversee operations, drive profitability, and uphold brand standards in a full-time role at our Palmdale property.

You will coach managers, drive revenue strategies, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining financial discipline and a guest-centric culture. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hotel management experience; ideally as GM/AGM/Operations Manager.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; proven ability to motivate a team.
• Experience or strong interest in sales and revenue management.
• Demonstrates sound business ethics and integrity; independent and proactive problem-solver.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Has experience or strong interest in sales and revenue management.
• Demonstrates sound business ethics and a high level of integrity.
• Can work independently and is a proactive problem‑solver.
