Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality seeks a General Manager for a Fairfield Inn & Suites property in Council Bluffs, IA. You will lead operations, drive revenue, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional guest experiences daily.

You must bring extensive hotel leadership experience, strong sales and budgeting skills, and a passion for developing teams and building lasting relationships with guests and local partners.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
• A 4-year college degree with 4–5 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 5–6 years of related experience, is acceptable.

Education & Experience

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
