What you'll do

This is your Wendy’s.

As a General Manager, you oversee all people and operations for your Wendy’s restaurant. You are responsible for creating and maintaining a fun, inviting work environment and modeling Wendy’s core values daily.

You and your leadership team will foster a culture of consistency and performance to enhance customer service, training, development, sales & profit growth, and accountability across the restaurant. You will manage the P&L to control costs and meet profit targets by identifying opportunities in revenue, customer service, and process improvements.
