Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced General Manager who leads by example with sincere hospitality in a high-volume, full-service setting. You will oversee operations, guest satisfaction, menu adherence, and financial performance while developing the management team and staff.

The role requires 2+ years GM experience, strong communication, and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant experience as a General Manager.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

This individual must always maintain a professional appearance and supportive manner - as our General Managers lead by example and maintain an important presence in the dining room.
