McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee profitability. You will direct the crew and management team, ensuring food quality and safety while upholding brand standards.

• Lead the experience: Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food production, guest experience, profitability, and direct the crew and management team.
• Administrative responsibilities: Proactively lead and manage all People processes, including but not limited to Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding; Conduct performance reviews and wage increases; Manage disciplinary actions.
• Train, coach, and motivate
• Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
• Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence
• Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
• Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans
• Lead by example while upholding all company policies and brand standards

$92,000 - $105,000 per year / Exempt / Full-Time / Salaried Employee / Reports to the Area Supervisor
