• As General Manager, you will provide leadership, supervision, and oversight across all company operations. You will act as a key client interface, problem solver, and mentor to personnel, guiding both new and existing team members toward peak performance. This role is responsible for overall company effectiveness and profitability, developing and executing strategic plans to optimize productivity, improve organizational processes, and implement innovative changes. Compensation & Benefits
