Jersey Mike's Subs in New York is seeking a General Manager to oversee store operations and drive performance. You will manage sales, service quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability while leading a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires a minimum 2 years in QSR leadership, Serve Safe certification, and the ability to work at least 48 hours per week. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Full time Employment

Salary: Starting at $75,000

General Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of a Jersey Mike’s store / operation, including:

• Store sales
• Quality of service
• Customer satisfaction
• Profit margin
• Scheduling
• Inventory management
• Lead employee training
• Payroll
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions

Qualifications for the job:

• At least 2 Years of QSR experience
• Serve Safe Certification
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a minimum of 48 hours per week
