Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a General Manager to oversee all store operations in a dynamic, high-energy environment. This full-time role focuses on sales growth, service quality, and a positive team culture in the Jersey Mike’s store.

The GM will drive profitability, supervise staff, and participate in strategic meetings. Starting salary is competitive, with opportunities for bonuses and career advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience.
• Serve Safe Certification required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 48 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store sales and financial performance.
• Ensure high quality of service and customer satisfaction.
• Protect and grow store profitability and margins.
• Manage scheduling and labor cost efficiency.

Full time Employment

Salary: Starting at $75,000

General Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of a Jersey Mike’s store / operation, including:

• Store sales


• Quality of service


• Customer satisfaction


• Profit margin


• Scheduling


• Inventory management


• Lead employee training


• Payroll


• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions
