Job summary

HireQuotient is seeking an experienced General Manager - Citi Field to lead all janitorial and sanitation services for a major stadium. You will oversee event and non-event cleaning operations, manage large union and non-union teams, and drive budgets and labor forecasting to ensure top-tier cleanliness and safety standards.

You will partner with stadium leadership and operations to align facilities with critical event schedules, supervise managers and supervisors, and maintain OSHA compliance

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale stadium cleaning or facilities operations.
• Proven ability to manage union and non-union teams.
• Strong financial and labor budgeting skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA and health/safety standards.

This role oversees event and non-event cleaning operations, manages large union and non-union teams, controls labor and budgets, and ensures exceptional cleanliness and safety standards.Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00Schedule: Hours are based on operational needs. This is a Full-Time position

Requirements

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and event schedules
