Job summary

Alliance is seeking a General Manager – Citi Field in New York to lead all janitorial and sanitation services for a major stadium. You will oversee event and non-event cleaning operations, manage union and non-union teams, control labor and budgets, and ensure top-tier cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires 7+ years of relevant leadership experience in large-scale venues and the ability to work nights, weekends, and event schedules. On-site role with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead all stadium cleaning operations (event, pre/post-event, and non-event days).
• Manage managers, supervisors, and large frontline teams.
• Oversee union labor relations and contract compliance.
• Control budgets, labor forecasting, and overtime.
• Ensure OSHA, health, and safety compliance.
• Partner with stadium leadership and operations teams.
