PEC Management, the area's largest Burger King Franchisee, is seeking a General Manager to lead our team and uphold our family-owned values while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As General Manager, you will drive sales, coach and develop staff, own the restaurant's P&L, and ensure operations, food quality and marketing programs run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Four or more years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or the retail/hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Experience managing P&L through food and labor controls.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
• Able to lift 30–50 pounds and perform motions requiring pushing, pulling, stretching and bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
