Arriving in Nashville from Chicago, Sushi-san will be serving up the freshest fish seven days a week. The menu, crafted by Master Sushi Chef Kaze Chan, will feature signature maki, handrolls, San-Sets, nigiri, sashimi, along with Sizzling Rice, binchotan robata grilled dishes, and more. Guests can enjoy a robust sake-by-the-glass list and blast-chilled beers while listening to tunes of golden-era hip-hop. This will be the fourth Sushi-san location and the first outside of Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist with training, recruiting, HR, administrative duties, financial statement preparation, and customer service inquiries
• Manage daily opening and closing shifts to ensure excellent guest and employee experiences
• Provide leadership and guidance to teams while fostering our Culture of Caring
• Respond promptly to guest and employee feedback and needs
• Support GM in managing costs, increasing sales, and achieving financial goals
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and developing BOH employees and teams
• Conduct inventories, manage supplies, and oversee deliveries
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment
• Handle challenges with tact, good judgment, patience, and courtesy
• Work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and travel as needed
• Lift up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally

Qualifications

Salary Range
