Qualifications for the job:

• FOHand BOHmanagement experience
• Hands on working Manager with some previous kitchen management experience preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years of previousteam leadershipexperiencein the restaurant industry
• 2+ years responsibility for financial results
• 2+ years of experience as a RestaurantGeneral Manager
• True desire to learn, grow and succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and adaptable
• Ability/flexibility to work 45-60 hours per week
• Ability to set goals, create action plans, and implement those plans
• Valid Driver’s license/Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
