Firehouse Subs is seeking a General Manager in Murfreesboro, TN to lead a fast casual team and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee daily operations, uphold safety regulations, and manage costs while supporting local marketing efforts.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of management experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to train and mentor Assistant Managers and Shift Managers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to hire, train, and lead a motivated team.
• Open availability including weekends and some nights.
• Physical ability to work on feet up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Cash handling skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
