Nothing Bundt Cakes in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a General Manager to lead daily bakery operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding guest experience. You will oversee cake production, brand presentation, and P&L, while driving sales and promoting a warm, joyful atmosphere for both guests and team members.

The role emphasizes a strong people focus, managing costs, inventory, and scheduling to support growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience managing teams, operations and the guest experience.
• Experience hiring and developing teams and achieving financial objectives.
• Experience creating productivity goals, inventory par levels and team schedules, and managing costs.
• Foodservice safety training certificate (or must obtain within 30 days).
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable with new tech.

Responsibilities

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
