CRISP & GREEN is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant, mentor the CRISPCrew, and oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will be the face of the brand, driving guest satisfaction, culture, and performance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and coaching to develop future leaders while ensuring profitable operations and exceptional guest experiences at all times.

Qualifications

• 3 years previous management/supervisory experience.
• 5 years customer service experience.
• Passion for living a healthy life.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-paced environment.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule.
• Able to work at least 50 hours per week.

Position Overview:

As a General Manager, you will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience, be a mentor to the #CRISPCrew, and manage FOH and BOH operations. Ultimately, our General Managers are the absolute best communicators, go-getters, and self-starters out there.

General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant
• Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
• Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders
• Recognize and reward excellent performance
• Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation

• Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail
• Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
• Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more
• Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule
• Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs
• Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out
