Job summary

Crisp & Green is seeking a General Manager in Fort Collins to lead day-to-day restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor the team. You will manage FOH and BOH, implement company marketing tactics, and uphold the Crisp & Green brand daily.

The role requires strong communication, coaching, and leadership to recruit, develop, and reward great performers while ensuring excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years previous management/supervisory experience.
• 5 years customer service experience.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-paced environment.
• Able to work at least 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

As a General Manager, you will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience, be a mentor to the #CRISPCrew, and manage FOH and BOH operations. Ultimately, our General Managers are the absolute best communicators, go-getters, and self-starters out there.

General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
