You will have total operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant.

Compensation: Wendy’s General Managers: $44,472 - $65,000 per year plus Profit Sharing.

Qualifications: Three years of experience working as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operation (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell, etc.). You have a strong background in restaurant operations achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. You have a passion for developing and leading teams and strive for excellence.
