Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings is seeking a General Manager for our NEW Kissimmee West Club. This role leads presale and open club operations, driving memberships and a thriving gym culture.

You will recruit and develop a top-tier sales team, manage community outreach, and ensure exceptional member experience from pre-launch through grand opening. The GM will oversee daily operations, align with brand standards, and drive KPI performance while fostering a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Leadership & Sales Experience in fitness or related field.

What You’ll Do as a General Manager (Presale & Open Club):

• Pre-Sale & Grand Opening Execution – Lead the charge in launching new Crunch locations by driving memberships, community outreach, and pre-sale events.
• Sales Leadership – Build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to hit aggressive membership goals.
• Team Development – Recruit, hire, and develop a top-tier staff that thrives on customer service, sales, and fitness culture.
• Community Engagement & Brand Representation – Create buzz around Crunch by networking, forming partnerships, and making Crunch the go-to gym in town.
• Operational Excellence – Oversee daily club operations, ensuring top-notch cleanliness, service, and execution of company policies.
• Performance & KPI Management – Track and analyze key metrics to optimize sales, team productivity, and financial performance.
• Lead by Example – Set the standard for energy, professionalism, and success.
