Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years of leadership experience in digital media, affiliate marketing, or online gaming.
- Strong execution with a track record of results.
- Ownership mentality and accountability for P&L and forecasting.
- Commercial and operational acumen with revenue and EBITDA focus.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content-led growth, and performance marketing ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Own full P&L for casino products and drive revenue growth.
- Set and execute a strategic roadmap balancing short-term performance with brand growth.
- Lead cross-functional squads across content, SEO, product, commercial, CRO, and brand.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory considerations, and competitive dynamics in online gaming and affiliate space.
- Coach and develop leaders and teams across the organization.
